Our company was established in 1958. The main purpose of its establishmet was to bring new construction technology to Turkiye and to bring construction sector to modern state by following the very recent developments in this area. In fulfilling this aim, in the first place German Dyckerhoff und Widmann Komandit Inc. was included into establishment partners. The influence of principles, technological elements, work dicipline, material and labor knowledge that this German company has settled in us can be seen in all of our new technological and quality constructions.

  As time passed we have developed all this fundemental elements by pursuiting new developments, and brought our company to this strong and stable position. Because of the fact that Turkiye is located in seismic zone, especially with high strength and high quality reinforced concrete applications, it has always been a model company in this sector who always pursuited new technology in Turkiye. EMEK CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT INC. built initial multi storey buildings in Turkey. Because of its difference to other building it then was known as a Skyscraper. The Kızılay Trade Center which is located in Ankara is known as a Skyscraper today.

  The other important element in foundation of our company was to build the substructure of Tourism, make new studies in this area and to bring this area to modern state in Turkiye. In this scope, the initials of Hilton Hotel - Grand Ephesus Hotel - Grand Ankara Hotel - Grand Tarabya Hotel and other modern hotels, and holiday resorts as Kuşadası - Foça Holiday Resort was built in Turkey by our company.

  EMEK CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT INC. palyed an important role in bringing many brilliant engineers, technicians and administrative staff to Turkish Construction sector which had an important place in modernization and development of Turkiye which started in 1950s. The young engineer candidates of that period learned many things from our work sites. Today we are continueing our this function and can see this people in many companies in important positions. Because of this our company created "Emek is in the Development of Turkiye" slogan. Our company ,which has been a pioneer in Construction sector from the day of its foundation, then took the management of other big assosiactions and continueing its activities as a Construction and Enterprise. In this area the management of grand hotels, holiday resorts, trade centres and rant establishments, terminal stations has been achieved with great success.
