GRAND ANKARA HOTEL

Büyük Ankara Hotel, which we have constructed between 1959-1966 years, is among the model structures today. Hotel has a 19.650 m² construction area on a 8.375 m² building land.The hotel with its 14 floors has a capacity of 384 beds. In addition it has a 936 person capacity restaurant and 650 person capacity kitchen. The hotel with its seminar halls, pubs, cafes, bars, swimming-pools and saunas, is a model 5 star tourist hotel.

  GRAND TARABYA HOTEL

Istanbul Tarabya Hotel, which has 13 floors with 31.952 m² construction area on a 11.813 m² building land, was completely built by our company. Tarabya Hotel is a 5 star hotel with 538 bes capacity. In addition it has 3000 person capacity kitchen, 800 person capacity restaurant, swimming pool, 400 person capacity night club, and 350 person capacity roof. There is a 520 person capacity conference lounge in four different halls.

 ISTANBUL HILTON HOTEL ANNEXES

Istanbul Hilton Hotel was built between 1959-1965 years. Hilton hotel and other 5 star hotels which we have built after this played an important role in the establishment of modern construction and tourist MANAGEMENT in Turkey. In following years, Hilton Hotel Multifloor Parking Lot, and Ball and Meeting Halls were built by Emek Inçaat ve İşletme A.Ş.

  GRAND EFES HOTEL

Büyük Efes Otel was built on a 36.804 m² building land with a 80.019 m² construction area. It is a 5 star hotel with 885 bed capacity. In addition it has 770 person capacity restaurant, 200 person Night club, 143 person Bar, swimming pool, sauna, health centre, Turkish bath, tennis court, and parking lot.

  ISTANBUL MAÇKA HOTEL

Maçka hotel which was built by our company has a 360 bed capacity. In addition it has 600 person capacity restaurant, 1000 person capacity kitchen, 500 person conference hall, bar and parking lot.

  GRAND EFES HOTEL ADDITIONAL ANNEXES

Because of International Fair Organizartion, it was built by our company to meet the need of Izmir for a conference and meeting hall. The establishment which was built between 1986-1994 years has a swimming pool in addition to conference and meeting halls.

  ANKARA STAD HOTEL

The hotel hotel which has 20.143 m² construction area on a 5.311 m² building land was also built by our company. Stad Otel is a 15 floor hotel, and in the years of its construction it was considered as a model application for high structure technology in our country. There are 1450 person capacity restaurant, 320 person meeting halls, bar, sauna and other establishments in this 362 bed capacity hotel.

  TARABYA BEACH

Istanbul Tarabya beach was built as a 1.750 m² construction area on a 1.817 m² building land. It is situated right beside the sea. It includes beach, sunbathe terraces, beach buffets, restaurant, and other related facilities.
