Emek İnşaat ve İşletme A.Ş. constructed Turkey’s first 5-star hotels such as Büyük Tarabya Hotel, Büyük Efes Hotel, and Bursa Çelik Palas Hotel and operated these hotels with a great success for many years.

Besides, Anafartalar Business Center, Ulus Commercial Complex, and Emek Commercial Complex were constructed by Emek İnşaat ve İşletme A.Ş. as Turkey’s first malls and business centers and our organization successfully managed these malls and business centers.

Emek İnşaat ve İşletme A.Ş. also built Turkey’s first holiday villages such as Istanbul Bayramoğlu, Izmir Foça, and Aydin Kuşadası and operated these holiday villages for many years.
